Japan Oil Sea Transport was founded in 1986 by Takao Naito.

Since 1998, the company is managed by the son of the founder - Katashi Naito.

2002 - the company signed a number of major contracts with American shipowners.

2003 – entering the market of Australia.

2008 - opening of the subdivision Japan Oil Automotive Transport.

2010 – entering the markets of Russia and Europe.
